ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN
A lead executive for the Marketing Department requested a unique satellite office for impromptu meetings, brain storming sessions and one on one coffee conversations. He has a traditional office in another building so he did not feel the need to have a normal set up with a desk and computer. The request was to create a space that would encourage creative ideas and promote collaboration.
The furnishings and lighting were sourced from Room and Board and West Elm and the art work was custom designed and created by M. Bentley. The north and west wall are painted with WINK, a writeable gloss, and the south wall was painted in chalkboard paint. The east wall is an installation of StickWood adhesive wall covering and the flooring is flipped over Milliken Carpet Tile with a natural cow hide rug.
